比賽形式/Competition Format

​

參賽選手需提交一份藝術創作過程及作品闡釋的高清視頻（確保視頻畫質清晰，聲音同步且無雜音，能清晰呈現藝術創作的每一個細節，比如繪畫時筆觸的運用、色彩的調配，雕塑時造型的塑造、材質的處理；手工製作時工藝的流程、材料的拼接等創作技巧。同時，要清晰展示作品闡釋環節中，對作品創意構思的表達，語言的流暢性，情感的飽滿抒發，觀點闡述的起承轉合與邏輯效果，以及對作品內涵詮釋時的表現力等）。

 

藝術創作的主題可以涵蓋但不限於自然景觀、人文風情、社會現象、科技幻想等各類題材。作品應體現參賽選手獨特的藝術風格和出色能力，能夠展示對藝術手法運用、作品結構佈局的精准把握，以及對所創作主題內涵的深刻詮釋。

Contestants are required to submit a high-definition video of the artistic creation process and the interpretation of the work (ensuring that the video has clear picture quality, synchronized sound without noise, and can clearly present every detail of the artistic creation. For example, in painting, the application of brushstrokes and the mixing of colors; in sculpture, the shaping of the form and the handling of materials; in handicraft production, the process of the craftsmanship and the joining of materials and other creative techniques. At the same time, in the work interpretation section, it is necessary to clearly display the expression of the creative concept of the work, the fluency of the language, the full expression of emotions, the transition and logical effect of the elaboration of viewpoints, as well as the expressiveness when interpreting the connotation of the work, etc.).

 

The themes of artistic creation can cover, but are not limited to, various subjects such as natural landscapes, humanistic customs, social phenomena, and scientific and technological fantasies. The works should reflect the unique artistic style and excellent abilities of the contestants, demonstrating their precise grasp of the application of artistic techniques and the layout of the work structure, as well as their profound interpretation of the connotation of the created theme.
 

參賽選手可以創作並展示獨特的藝術作品，全方位展示個人的藝術創作才華與技藝水準。無論是創作具有傳統藝術風格、彰顯古典韻味的作品，還是融合現代多元理念、展現創新思維的藝術創作，都需在創意構思、元素運用、結構佈局、風格塑造、情感傳遞以及藝術感染力等方面呈現獨特之處。
 

Contestants can create and showcase unique artworks, comprehensively demonstrating their personal artistic creation talents and craftsmanship levels. Whether it is to create works with a traditional artistic style that highlights a classical charm or to produce artistic creations that integrate modern and diverse concepts and showcase innovative thinking, they need to exhibit uniqueness in aspects such as creative conceptions, the application of elements, structural layouts, style shaping, emotional conveyance, and artistic appeal.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一段展示藝術創作過程及對作品進行闡釋的高清視頻。

2. 提交的視頻格式應為常見的高清視頻格式，如 MP4。視頻時長需嚴格按照比賽規定，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判藝術創作及闡釋的各個細節，例如在繪畫創作中筆觸的運用是否流暢自然，色彩的調配是否和諧精准；在雕塑創作中對材質的處理是否得當，造型的塑造是否富有創意；在闡釋作品時，發音的準確性與穩定性，語調的抑揚頓挫把控，語速的合理調節，情感的真摯投入與表達，以及語言與肢體動作的配合度，整體闡述的節奏感和完整性等。通過視頻展示，評委能夠從多個維度觀察藝術創作及闡釋過程，從而對作品的藝術感染力、創作者的技藝水準以及整體呈現效果做出準確的評價。

3. 參賽作品中的藝術創作及闡釋部分必須為選手本人真實演繹，不得使用任何形式的特效處理（除合理的視頻剪輯用於展示創作流程與基本畫面處理外）或代勞。若藝術作品及闡釋內容為原創，該內容必須為原創，不得抄襲他人作品，且未在其他比賽中獲過獎。

• Each contestant is required to submit a high-definition video showcasing the artistic creation process and the interpretation of the work.

• The submitted video should be in a common high-definition video format, such as MP4. The duration of the video must strictly adhere to the competition regulations to ensure that the judges can comprehensively and meticulously evaluate every detail of the artistic creation and its interpretation. For example, in painting creation, whether the application of brushstrokes is smooth and natural, and whether the color mixing is harmonious and accurate; in sculpture creation, whether the handling of materials is appropriate and whether the shaping of the form is creative; when interpreting the work, the accuracy and stability of pronunciation, the control of the cadence of intonation, the reasonable adjustment of the speech rate, the sincere investment and expression of emotions, as well as the coordination between language and body movements, the rhythm and integrity of the overall presentation, etc. Through the video display, the judges can observe the artistic creation and interpretation process from multiple dimensions, so as to accurately evaluate the artistic appeal of the work, the skill level of the creator, and the overall presentation effect.

• The artistic creation and interpretation parts in the contest works must be truly performed by the contestants themselves. Any form of special effect processing is not allowed (except for reasonable video editing used to display the creation process and basic image processing) or done by others on behalf. If the artistic work and its interpretation content are original, the content must be original, not plagiarize the works of others, and has not won awards in other competitions.

評分標準

 

評判將依據參賽者整體的藝術創作及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

 

評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

 

1. 藝術表達（30%）

   1. 技巧運用與呈現：評估參賽者對各類藝術技巧的精准掌握能力。無論是繪畫中的色彩搭配、光影處理、筆觸運用，雕塑中的造型塑造、材質處理、空間把握，還是手工創作中的裁剪拼接、編織纏繞、雕刻塑造等技巧。比如在創作包含複雜場景或精細造型的作品時，技巧運用的準確性和穩定性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的創作技法，並且在多種藝術形式結合創作時自然流暢。在表達情感強烈的部分時，要保證技巧的運用能準確傳達情感，作品的完成度以及情感表達的持久力；在創作具有衝擊力的視覺元素時，精准掌握技巧的輕重緩急，展現出獨特的藝術魅力和對藝術力度、強度和情感深度的精准控制。

   2. 節奏與韻律感知：考查參賽者對藝術創作節奏和韻律的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據創作主題、內容的節奏以及情感表達的需求，精准地把握創作過程中的節奏變化。例如在創作激情澎湃的繪畫作品時，筆觸快速且有力，展現出強烈的節奏感和感染力；在創作細膩的手工編織作品時，通過對動作和工藝的細膩處理，如疏密的變化、色彩的漸變等，體現出創作的深度與韻味。同時，在多人合作創作場景中，要與其他創作者協調好節奏關係，做到內容連貫又各具特色，展現出對節奏與韻律的敏銳感知和出色把握。
       

2. 創意與風格（25%）

   1. 風格獨特性：評價參賽者藝術風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循藝術創作基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同文化背景下的藝術風格進行融合，創造出既保留多元文化特色又別具一格的藝術風格；或者在主題表達和情感呈現上，形成自己獨特的方式，使每一件作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的藝術視角。

   2. 形式創新：考量藝術創作在形式設計方面的新穎程度，像創作素材的創新運用（如採用獨特的材料、廢舊物品的再利用營造獨特的藝術氛圍）、創作形式（除了常規的平面繪畫、立體雕塑、手工製作，有無創新的裝置藝術、行為藝術、數字藝術等形式）以及作品內容演繹的獨特性（如採用新穎的敘事邏輯、獨特的象徵手法）、表達技巧的融合（如將傳統藝術技巧與現代科技手段相結合，創造出新的藝術風格）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個藝術作品在表現形式上更具魅力與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。
       

3. 主題契合與情境營造（20%）

   1. 主題契合度：評估藝術作品所傳達的情感、文化內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “自然的啟示” 為主題，參賽者通過內容選擇、元素運用等，挑選如描繪自然景觀、探索自然規律的相關創作，並在作品闡釋中用真摯的情感和準確的語言展現出自然的神奇、生命的力量等主題氛圍，從作品表達上呼應主題。

   2. 情境營造：考查參賽者能否通過藝術手法的強弱變化、節奏處理、色彩搭配以及整體的創作表現力等綜合手段，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的情境，讓觀眾能透過作品感受到如自然的寧靜、生命的蓬勃、探索的激情等不同的情緒，深刻領會作品所蘊含的內在意義，仿佛能走進其營造的藝術情境之中。
       

4. 內容難度與感染力（25%）

   1. 難度展現：關注參賽者所選擇的創作內容在藝術難度和思想複雜度上的體現，比如創作涉及高深藝術理論、複雜情感表達的作品，需要具備深厚的藝術素養、敏銳的情感感知和獨特的創作能力；或者在處理複雜主題和多元元素時，展現出對高難度內容的駕馭能力。同時，在團隊創作作品中，要展現出團隊協作完成複雜內容組織和創意協同表達的能力。

   2. 藝術感染力：考察參賽者能否通過藝術作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使觀眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到參賽者創作時的心境與情緒，並在展示呈現上表現出自信以及對整個作品的掌控力。無論是藝術作品本身的表現力、情感的投入程度，還是與觀眾的眼神交流和互動，都能自然流暢且富有感染力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會藝術創作的魅力。

 

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚藝術專業背景的藝術家、藝術教育與文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
