比賽形式/Competition Format

參賽選手需提交一段中英文主持展示的高清視頻（確保視頻畫質清晰，聲音同步且無雜音，能清晰呈現主持展示的每一個細節，比如在中英文切換主持時發音的準確性、語調的抑揚頓挫，根據不同環節合理把控語速，情感的飽滿投入與自然表達，觀點闡述時的起承轉合以及邏輯效果，主持技巧如串場、互動、應變等的運用時機與表現力等）。

 

主持展示的內容可以涵蓋但不限於時事熱點、文化交流、夢想追求、科技創新等各類主題。主持展示應體現參賽選手獨特的主持風格和出色能力，能夠展示對語言運用的嫺熟技巧、邏輯結構的清晰把握，以及對所主持主題內涵的深刻理解與詮釋。

Contestants are required to submit a high-definition video of their Chinese-English hosting presentation (ensuring that the video has clear picture quality, synchronized sound without noise, and can clearly present every detail of the hosting presentation. For example, the accuracy of pronunciation when switching between Chinese and English hosting, the cadence of intonation, the reasonable control of the speech rate according to different segments, the full investment and natural expression of emotions, the transition and logical effect when elaborating on viewpoints, as well as the timing and expressiveness of the application of hosting skills such as linking segments, interaction, and adaptability, etc.).

 

參賽選手可以創作並展示獨特的中英文主持作品，充分展示個人的語言創作才華與主持技巧。無論是創作具有傳統典雅風格，注重文化底蘊傳承的主持內容，還是融合現代多元理念，充滿創新與活力的主持形式，都需要在以下多個方面展現出獨特之處。

Contestants can create and showcase unique Chinese-English hosting works, fully demonstrating their personal language creativity and hosting skills. Whether it is to create hosting content with a traditional and elegant style that emphasizes the inheritance of cultural heritage, or to present a hosting form that integrates modern and diverse concepts and is full of innovation and vitality, they need to exhibit uniqueness in the following aspects.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一段中英文主持的高清視頻。

2. 提交的視頻格式應為常見的高清視頻格式，如 MP4。視頻時長需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠全面、細緻地評判主持的各個細節，包括但不限於：發音的準確性與穩定性，在英語主持中對各類發音現象（連讀、弱讀、失去爆破等）的精准把握，以及中文主持時對四聲音調、輕聲、兒化音的正確運用；語調的抑揚頓挫要契合主持內容，在介紹節目環節時清晰明快，在講述感人故事時舒緩深情，精准把控以增強表達效果；合理調節語速，在資訊密集處放慢速度確保觀眾理解，在活躍氣氛時適當加快節奏；情感的真摯投入與表達，通過聲音和表情傳遞出對主持主題的熱情與理解；語言與肢體動作的配合度，自然得體的肢體語言輔助語言表達，增強交流感；整體主持的節奏感和完整性，從開場的引入、中間環節的推進到結尾的總結，都要連貫流暢，層次分明。

3. 參賽作品中的主持部分必須為選手本人真實演繹，不得使用任何形式的特效語音處理（合理的音頻剪輯用於視頻合成、降噪等基本處理除外）或由他人代為主持。若主持內容為原創，該內容必須保證原創性，不得抄襲他人作品，且未在其他比賽中獲得過獎項。
    

• Each contestant is required to submit a high-definition video of Chinese-English hosting.

• The submitted video should be in a common high-definition video format, such as MP4. The duration of the video must strictly adhere to the competition regulations, so that the judges can comprehensively and meticulously evaluate every detail of the hosting, including but not limited to: the accuracy and stability of pronunciation, the precise grasp of various pronunciation phenomena (connected speech, weak forms, loss of plosion, etc.) in English hosting, and the correct application of the four tones, neutral tones, and retroflexed sounds in Chinese hosting; the cadence of intonation should be in line with the hosting content, being clear and lively when introducing the program segments, and being gentle and affectionate when telling touching stories, with precise control to enhance the expression effect; reasonably adjust the speech rate, slowing down in information-dense parts to ensure the audience's understanding and appropriately accelerating the rhythm to liven up the atmosphere; sincere investment and expression of emotions, conveying the enthusiasm and understanding of the hosting theme through the voice and expressions; the coordination between language and body movements, with natural and appropriate body language assisting in language expression to enhance the sense of communication; the rhythm and integrity of the overall hosting, from the introduction at the beginning, the progression of the intermediate segments to the conclusion at the end, should be coherent, smooth, and clearly structured.

• The hosting part in the contest works must be truly performed by the contestants themselves. Any form of special effect voice processing is not allowed (except for reasonable audio editing for video synthesis, noise reduction, and other basic processing) or being hosted by others on behalf. If the hosting content is original, it must ensure originality, not plagiarize the works of others, and has not won awards in other competitions.

評分標準

評判將依據參賽者整體的中英文主持表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

 

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：
 

1. 語言表達（30%）

   1. 發音與語調掌控：評估參賽者對各類發音的精准把握能力，無論是英語中的連讀、弱讀、失去爆破等發音現象，還是中文裏的四聲音調、輕聲、兒化音等。比如在主持包含複雜辭彙和句子結構的環節時，發音的準確性和穩定性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的發音，並且在中英文切換主持時自然流暢。在表達情感強烈的場景時，要保證語調的抑揚頓挫準確傳達情感，聲音清晰且情感表達持久；在強調關鍵資訊或發表有力觀點時，精准掌握語氣的輕重緩急，展現出獨特的語言魅力和對語言力度、強度以及情感深度的精准控制。

   2. 節奏與韻律感知：考查參賽者對主持節奏和韻律的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據主持的主題、環節內容的節奏以及情感表達的需求，精准地把握語速的快慢變化。例如在主持激動人心的競賽環節時，加快語速，清晰地說出每一個重點資訊，展現出強烈的節奏感和感染力；在進行深度訪談或抒情環節時，通過對語速的細膩處理，如停頓與重音的配合，體現出主持的深度與韻味。同時，在多人主持場景中，要與其他主持人協調好節奏關係，做到內容連貫又各具特色，展現出對節奏與韻律的敏銳感知和出色把握。
       

2. 創意與風格（25%）

   1. 風格獨特性：評價參賽者主持風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循語言表達基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同文化背景下的主持風格進行融合，創造出既保留多元文化特色又別具一格的主持風格；或者在串場、互動和觀點表達上，形成自己獨特的方式，使每一次主持都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的主持視角。

   2. 形式創新：考量主持在形式設計方面的新穎程度，像主持素材的創新運用（如採用獨特的話題切入點、新穎的嘉賓組合營造獨特的節目氛圍）、主持形式（除了常規的單人主持、多人主持，有無創新的情景式主持、主持與多媒體互動展示的跨界融合等形式）以及主持內容演繹的獨特性（如採用新穎的敘事邏輯、獨特的互動方式）、表達技巧的融合（如將傳統主持技巧與現代溝通理念相結合，創造出新的主持風格）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個主持在表現形式上更具魅力與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。
       

3. 主題契合與情境營造（20%）

   1. 主題契合度：評估主持作品所傳達的資訊、文化內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “探索未知，放飛夢想” 為主題，參賽者通過環節設置、話題引導等，選擇如科學探索的經歷、夢想追逐的故事等相關內容進行主持，並在主持中用真摯的情感和準確的語言展現出探索的勇氣、夢想的力量等主題氛圍，從主持表達上呼應主題。

   2. 情境營造：考查參賽者能否通過語言的強弱變化、節奏處理、肢體語言以及整體的主持表現力等綜合手段，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的情境，讓觀眾能透過主持感受到如探索的好奇、夢想的熾熱、成功的喜悅等不同的情緒，深刻領會節目所蘊含的內在意義，仿佛能跟隨主持人的引導走進其營造的情境之中。
       

4. 內容難度與感染力（25%）

   1. 難度展現：關注參賽者所選擇的主持內容在知識深度和邏輯複雜度上的體現，比如主持涉及前沿學術理論、複雜社會現象分析的節目時，需要具備深厚的知識儲備、嚴謹的邏輯思維和清晰的表達能力；或者在主持過程中，應對各種複雜的嘉賓觀點和現場狀況，展現出對高難度內容的駕馭能力。同時，在團隊主持作品中，要展現出團隊協作完成複雜內容組織和觀點協同表達的能力。

   2. 藝術感染力：考察參賽者能否通過主持傳遞情感，使觀眾對節目產生共鳴，感受到參賽者主持時的心境與情緒，並在主持呈現上展示出自信以及對整個主持流程的掌控力。無論是語言的表現力、情感的投入程度，還是與觀眾的眼神交流和互動，都能自然流暢且富有感染力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會主持藝術的魅力。

 

評分過程中，每位參賽者的表現將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚語言專業背景的語言學家、主持教育與文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。

 高小組（小四P4至小六P6） 

 初中組（中一S1至中三S3） 

 高中組（中四S4至中六S6） 

 公開組（大專及以上）

• Any instructor who nominates 5 or more participants will receive the "Outstanding Instructor Award" Certificate.
