參賽規則

1.每位參賽者可同時參加多個項目，每個項目只可遞交一份參賽作品，每次報名以作品為一單位。

2.參賽作品必須由參賽者原創，否則將被取消參賽資格。

3.報名者及參賽者個人資料會用作聯絡之用。

4.參賽者必須填妥參賽網上報名表格。凡填報失實者，本會有權取消其參賽資格而毋須作任何解釋及通知。

5.報名截止日期後之任何付款或資料更改，需附加$50行政費。

6.在本會確認您的報名後，不可取消報名及不設任何退款。

7.如遇傳染病爆發或惡劣天氣如黑雨、八號或以上颱風訊號，活動必須取消，本會將不會重新作出安排，所繳之報名費亦不會被退還，敬請見諒。如果只是黃雨、紅雨、三號或以下颱風訊號，活動將如期舉行。

8.有關活動資料及最新通告，請瀏覽 本網站

9.在比賽結果公布後，所有經快遞公司派送的獎項、證書及作品如延遲領取，或會產生額外費用，一律由參賽者負責，而未被領取的獎項、證書及作品，由快遞公司處理。

10.如果得獎者的獎項包括獎盃及證書，本會將以順豐速運（到付）方式寄出。

11.因為郵寄途中而令獎項及證書/作品遺失、損壞、延誤或送遞錯誤，本會概不負任何責任。

12.以下作品將被取消參賽資格： 侵犯他人權利而獲得的照片； 包含色情、裸露、猥褻、暴力及其他具爭議性或不當題材內容的照片； 涉及蓄意騷擾、不尊重或破壞野外生態環境的照片； 威脅到任何個人或動物安全之照片。

13.本會所舉辦的比賽不設任何查卷制度或上訴機制，本會對比賽結果有最終決定權。

版權

1.參賽者必須同意本會保留權利，本會可使用、複製、展示、修飾、刊登及發放參賽者於比賽中的片段/作品/相片，或在任何媒體展示及發放，以作教育或宣傳之用，不另致酬或另行通知。

2.如有任何爭議，本會擁有最終決定權。

以下亦適用於所有繪畫、寫作及書法比賽

參賽規則

1.參賽者必須於作品填上參賽者姓名及組別。凡填報失實者，本會有權取消其參賽資格而毋須作任何解釋及通知。

2.參賽作品內容不得含有政治、過份暴力、不雅或色情成份。

3.在比賽完結後三個月，本會便會銷毁所有未被領取的參賽作品。

4.因為郵寄途中而令作品遺失、損壞、延誤或送遞錯誤，本會概不負任何責任。

5.如有任何爭議，本會擁有最終決定權。

參賽作品規格

1.所有作品於網上遞交，實體大小不限。

2.作品檔案需完整於「正面」拍攝。

3.作品提交檔案只接受JPG或PNG檔案，檔案最大為8MB。

4.作品需清晰拍攝為電子檔案提交，其實體作品必須妥善保存至賽事完結，即領取獎項及證書後。賽事期間賽會隨時要求參賽者提交作品實體正本，以作核實、評審、展覽等不同用途。未能在要求限期提交作品實體正本，將取消參賽資格。

版權

1.參賽者必須同意本會保留權利，本會可使用、複製、展示、修飾、刊登及發放參賽者所提交的作品/相片，或在任何媒體展示及發放，以作教育或宣傳之用，不另致酬或另行通知。

2.參賽者必須同意本會擁有所提交作品的知識產權，可投入生產，並在任何場合展示、發放或刊登完整或部分作品作為(但不限於)推廣本會活動之用。

3.如有任何爭議，本會擁有最終決定權。

以下亦適用於所有在現場進行的朗誦及音樂比賽

參賽規則

1.在比賽進行中，家長只可以拍攝或錄影自己子女參賽者的比賽片段，但不可以拍攝其他參賽者的比賽片段，違者將會被取消比賽資格。大會嚴禁使用閃光燈拍攝。

2.本會所安排的比賽地點和評判團會因應實際情況或會有所更改或調動，本會保留這更改或調動的權利。

3.如有任何爭議，本會擁有最終決定權。
