Categories:

- Kindergarten Group (Ages 3-5)

- Kid Group (Ages 6-8)

- Children Group (Ages 9-11)

- Teen Group (Ages 12-14)

- Youth Group (Ages 15-17)

- Public Group (Ages 18 and above)

Dance Tracks: Participants can choose their own dance tracks.

Competition Items:

- Latin Dance / Hip Hop / Ballet / Jazz Dance / Western Dance / Chinese Dance / Other Dance Styles

- Solo / Duet / Trio / Group

Participants can register for more than one competition item, and submissions should be made separately.

For Duet/Trio: Participants can choose to compete under a group name or each participant can fill out a separate registration form.

Submission Format: Video file (no performance time limit)

Competition Process:

1. Fill out the registration form on this page and submit.

2. Contact us via WhatsApp.

3. Submit competition works via WhatsApp before the deadline.

4. Await the announcement of the results!

Competition Rules:

1. Participants are welcome to use videos and works submitted in other competitions.

2. Once registration information is submitted, it cannot be changed.

3. Participants must ensure that the submitted videos match the competition categories.

4. If submitted videos cannot be played for any reason, participants will not be scored.

5. Participants must shoot according to the "Video Requirements Guide."

6. The video must show the participant themselves dancing; otherwise, their eligibility will be revoked.

Submission Requirements:

1. Works must be independently completed by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.

2. Works must be original and not infringe on the rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights, confidentiality, or privacy).

3. Recording locations can be indoors or outdoors and must clearly display the participant's dance moves and appearance.

4. Videos must be shot with fixed framing, wide-angle lenses may be used, and close-up lenses are strictly prohibited.

5. Any recording equipment may be used, with formats including MOV, MP4, AVI, or WMV.

6. Resolution must be 720p (1280×720) or higher.

7. The video must be a single continuous shot, with no editing or post-production allowed.

8. No special effects are allowed, including background music, filters, color correction, lighting adjustment, subtitles, or special effects.

9. The video must have live sound recording, and no post-dubbing is accepted.

10. During filming, the camera should be kept stable, with fixed framing, avoiding shaking or movement.

11. Submission Method: Submit the competition video via WhatsApp.

Scoring Criteria:

Judges will rate and score participants' overall dance performance on a scale of 0 to 100. The following aspects of the participants' performance will also be considered:

- Dance Technique: 30%

- Posture and Form: 25%

- Musicality: 25%

- Overall Performance: 20%

Each work will be scored by two professional judges to ensure fairness. The judging panel includes association advisors, representatives from educational institutions, and industry veterans.

Awards and Honors:

Individual Awards

For each age group, the following awards are set:

- Gold Award (90 points or above)

- Silver Award (80 points or above)

- Bronze Award (70 points or above)

- Excellent Award (below 69 points)

Winners can apply for customized awards with their names.

Physical Award Costs:

- Certificate + Medal: $300

- Certificate + Trophy: $350

- Certificate + Medal + Trophy: $399

#Customized awards will be sent via SF Express within 8 weeks after the deadline for customization.

School/Organization Awards

- Any school/educational center/group recommending 10 or more participants will receive an "Organization Award" trophy.

- Any teacher recommending 5 or more participants will receive a "Guiding Teacher Award" certificate.

Award Collection Rules:

1. Competition results will be notified by email and published on this website.

2. Competition awards will be dispatched within two months after the end of the award application.

3. Competition awards and certificates will be sent via SF Express with postage paid upon receipt.

4. Once the competition awards are signed for or received, no replacement will be issued in case of any damage or loss.

5. The organizer is not responsible for any delivery failures due to incorrect information or communication difficulties.

Notes:

1. The association has the right to publicly publish or play participants' videos in text, audio, video, or other forms.

2. The organizing institution has the right to reject inappropriate, irrelevant, or incorrectly formatted entries.

3. Entries must not contain obscene, improper, insulting, or controversial content.

4. Participants must understand and agree to the rules and regulations of the competition.

5. Violators of any competition rules may have their participation canceled by the organizer and the judging committee.

6. The association trusts and respects the final judgment made by the judges based on their professionalism and experience.

7. The judging panel reserves the final decision on the competition, and participants may not object.

8. The association reserves the right to change all the above terms and interpret the competition rules without prior notice.

9. Winners may not transfer their award qualifications to others.

10. All participants must abide by the competition rules, and submission and participation imply agreement to the competition regulations and statements.

11. In case of any disputes, the association reserves the final decision-making authority.
