Submission Requirements:

Works must be written in blue or black ink on A4 size (21 cm x 29.7 cm) white paper; or typed on a computer with a font size of 12.

There are no restrictions on the type of essay, it can be narrative, argumentative, lyrical, or descriptive.

Submitted articles must clearly indicate the word count, excluding punctuation.

Word Count Requirements:

- K2 to K3 Group: At least 30 words

- P1 to P2 Group: At least 60 words

- P3 to P4 Group: At least 100 words

- P5 to P6 Group: At least 200 words

- Secondary School Group: At least 500 words

- Open Group: At least 800 words

Submission Work Requirements:

Works must be independently completed by the participant or completed under the guidance of parents or instructors.

Works must be original and not infringe on the rights of others.

If works violate the law, the participant will be held responsible.

Works must not contain inappropriate or controversial content.

Works must not contain commercial or political propaganda.

Photos of works must be clear, with file sizes not less than 200KB.

Works should be submitted via WhatsApp, with the file name as "Participant Category_Participant Name."

Scoring Criteria:

- Relevance to Theme: 30%

- Expression Ability: 25%

- Structural Skills: 25%

- Grammar and Punctuation Usage: 20%

Physical Award Costs:

- Certificate + Medal: $300

- Certificate + Trophy: $350

- Certificate + Medal + Trophy: $399

Award Collection Rules:

Winners will be notified of the competition results via email and published on the official website.

Awards will be dispatched within two months from the award application deadline.

All awards and certificates will be shipped via SF Express with postage paid by the recipient.

Once awards or certificates are signed for or collected, no replacements will be issued in case of damage or loss.

If packages cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided or failure to contact the recipient, the organizer will not be held responsible.

The organizer reserves the right to publicly publish participant works in text, audio, video, or other formats.

The organizer trusts and respects the final decisions made by judges based on their professional knowledge and experience.

Judges have the final decision on all matters concerning the competition, and participants may not raise objections.

The organizer reserves the right to change all terms and interpret the rules of the competition at any time without prior notice.

Winners may not transfer awards to others.

All participants must abide by the rules of the competition, and submission of works implies agreement and understanding of all regulations and statements of the competition.

In case of any disputes, the organizer reserves the final decision-making authority.
